Licensed Acupuncturist, Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
Northeast Acupuncture and Wellness is founded by Alyson Kramer, MAOM, LAc, Board Certified and State Licensed in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. Her personalized approach to care and expertise in the field of Chinese medicine allows her to help her patients achieve success in chronic and difficult to treat cases.
With over 18 years of experience, Alyson has helped countless people overcome many obstacles. Her varied treatment styles and knowledge of treating a wide range of issues have allowed her to quickly get to the root of the problem.
She has a special focus in the field of women's health and pain management. Her greatest inspiration is working in collaboration with her patients to help them achieve their full potential and live life to their fullest.

Angie Karanasios
Front Desk Coordinator
As the Front Desk Coordinator at NEAW, Angie brings 30 plus years of experience in this role. She embraces this position with purpose and compassion and is always ready to listen to and engage with each patient, ensuring they feel heard, respected and supported.
Outside of NEAW, Angie enjoys making memories with her family, exploring the outdoors and spending time with her dogs.

Monika Castillo
Patient Care Coordinator
As a Patient Care Coordinator at NEAW, Monika’s goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for each patient. She believes that exceptional care begins with genuine connection, and takes pride in getting to know each patient personally. Remembering the little details about their lives helps her build lasting relationships and create an environment where patients feel valued. Monika strives to make each interaction a positive one, whether she is answering questions, offering support, or simply sharing a friendly conversation.
Outside of NEAW, you can find Monika working on her paintings or spending as much time outdoors as possible with her husband and their dog, cats and chickens.
